John serves Panasas as VP of Operations and has responsibility for guiding operations and engineering processes during a critical growth period of the company and for ensuring a superior experience for Panasas customers. He brings to this function, not only strong industry experience, but also an extensive background in manufacturing operations, engineering management and customer service including his previous position as VP of Hardware Engineering and Operations at Penguin Computing. Prior to Penguin, he held senior operations and management positions at Winnov LP, Sensory, Inc., and Power Computing Corporation where he contributed to the successful growth of these companies. John brings an impressive list of accomplishments for high-growth organizations including leadership in directing manufacturing operations, hardware engineering, materials management and driving customer satisfaction, profitability, market share and quality control.

John studied Business Management at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles while serving in the United States Marine Corps.
